CANCELLATIONS, SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We are a small family run business and our aim to provide you with the best possible service.

 

We will do our utmost to get your orders out on time. However during busy periods it may take us a little longer. If this is the case we will always contact you to notify you of any delays.

 

We also strive to offer you the best possible postal service.  At the moment, our dispatch time is 1/2 working days.  Please be aware that this is standard and unless advertised otherwise or on a Bank Holiday where some delays may occur.

 

We are currently able to offer you the following delivery options - please note that we are only able to ship the UK:

  • Free delivery when you spend over £30 (3-5 working days)

  • Standard delivery £4.00 (3-5 working days)

  • Next day delivery £8.80 (orders must be placed before 13:00, please note for orders placed on Friday next day delivery will be Monday). Please note that even if you are paying for next day delivery, it may take up to 2 days. We will however, ensure that it is posted the same day

 

Delivery Times:

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, please be aware that at busy times, such as the Christmas period, there maybe a delay on standard deliveries. We apologise if this is the case.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:

You have the right to return items for 14 days from the date of delivery, If you wish to return an item please contact hello@chesterskitchen.co,uk.

 

Please note that Raw Food or our homemade biscuits / treats can not be returned but it you have any problems please contact us at hello@chesterskitchen.co,uk. 

 

All return postage costs are paid for by you (the customer) unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged."

 

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we receive the item in any lesser condition that the one it was received in.   

Responsibility of the risk of loss or damage in the postage of returned times lies with you (the customer). In cases of faulty or damaged item(s) please contact us at hello@chesterskitchen.co.uk with photographs of the faults/damages.  

 

 

Refunds:   

 

Please allow up to 10 working days, from the day we receive your returned item(s), for your refund to be processed. We will send a confirmation email once the return has been processed.   

 

Order Cancellation:  

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@chesterskitchen.co.uk.

 

Any orders that are not cancelled before dispatch will be ineligible for cancellation and must instead follow the returns procedure.
